The Northgate pairs a sand black aluminium body with a white acrylic shade to give building exteriors, courtyard corridors and entrance areas a warm, welcoming glow. Its 12W integrated LED produces soft 3000K light that spreads evenly through the high-transparency shade, so the wall is lit without hot spots and without a bright lens glaring back at anyone walking towards the door.

It is built for genuine outdoor duty. The professional IP65 dustproof and waterproof rating keeps weather out, while the aluminium casing stays light, sheds heat efficiently and resists corrosion, so the fitting keeps both its output and its finish through wind, rain and seasonal extremes. At roughly 13 x 31 x 9 cm (5.1 x 12.2 x 3.5 in) and 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) it is substantial without overwhelming a narrow pier or porch wall.

The simple linear silhouette sits comfortably against modern render and older brickwork alike, and the sealed LED unit means there are no bulbs to change over its life.
