Nimbus Cotton Cloud Pendant Light
The Nimbus pendant from Loom Row floats a genuine little cloud beneath your ceiling. Hand-shaped from silk cotton over a metal frame, every wisp and contour is crafted to resemble the real thing, and when the LED inside glows the whole cloud lights from within, warm, dreamlike and utterly unlike anything else in the room.
Four sizes run from a 30cm (11.8 in) puff to a full 100cm (39.4 in) cumulus, so the Nimbus can drift above a nursery cot, a child's bed, a reading corner or an entire lounge. Adjustable three-colour light moves between cosy warm (2700 to 3500K), balanced neutral and bright white at the switch, with the appropriate E26 or E27 bulb included in the box and ready to fit.
Grown-ups should note the Nimbus is not only for children's rooms. Over a bathtub or a bedroom it reads as sculptural Nordic whimsy of the most sophisticated kind. In a child's room, hang it well out of reach as with any pendant, and have this hardwired fitting installed by a qualified electrician.
