This plant stand is a tall rectangular metal frame with a pot holder built into it. It lifts a single plant off the floor and gives it a clean outline to stand in, which works well for a trailing plant or a tidy leafy one. The black finish and straight lines keep it minimal, so the plant stays the focus rather than the stand. It suits pots of snake plants, ferns and pothos.
There are two heights. The smaller stand is 40 cm (15.7 in) tall and 19.5 cm (7.7 in) wide, and the larger is 60 cm (23.6 in) tall and 21.5 cm (8.5 in) wide. Use a pair together to create staggered levels, or use one to fill an empty corner in a living room, bedroom, hallway or office. Both take up very little floor space for the height they add.
The frame is metal with a powder coated finish, which is rust resistant and easy to wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Stand the plant in a pot with a drip tray so watering does not leave marks on the floor. Check that your pot fits the holder before planting, and place the stand on a level surface so it sits steady. The simple frame is quick to set in place and easy to move when you rearrange a room.
