Choose from two sizes, 25 x 25 cm or 30 x 30 cm, and two colours, brown or creme. The smaller size suits a kitchen wall, a study or the space above a desk, while the larger size reads well above a sofa, a sideboard or a dining table. Brown gives a deeper, warmer look, and creme keeps the whole piece light and understated in a neutral room.

The frame is wood with a glass front protecting the dial. It runs on a single AA battery, which is not included, and the quartz movement keeps accurate time without the tick of a traditional clock. To clean, wipe the glass and frame with a soft, dry cloth, and replace the battery when the hands begin to lose time. Keep it away from steam and direct sunlight to protect the wood and dial.
