ScandiArc brings together the curves of Bauhaus design and the restraint of Scandinavian style. A gracefully arched metal arm carries a wide domed shade, and a glossy chrome finish ties the shape together. The result is a balanced, sculptural table lamp that gives focused light for reading or working, or a softer glow for the evening. It looks as considered from the side as it does from the front.

It stands 42.5 cm (16.7 in) tall, with a 28.5 cm (11.2 in) shade and an 18 cm (7.1 in) round base, so it has presence on a desk or sideboard while still fitting a standard bedside table. There are four colours: black, green, white and red. Black and white suit a pared back room, while green and red make the lamp the focal point of a reading corner, home office or living room.

The lamp is made from sturdy iron with a chrome finish. It takes a standard E27 bulb, not included, and runs from the mains. A warm white LED bulb suits living spaces, while a cooler tone helps at a desk. Always switch off and let the shade cool before changing the bulb. Clean the chrome and painted surfaces with a soft, dry cloth, avoiding abrasive products that could scratch the finish.
